Basketball Recap: Granite's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Granite waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They strolled past the Mill Creek Bullfrogs with points to spare, taking the game 59-44. For Granite, this counts as revenge for the 66-60 win Mill Creek walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Granite pushed their record up to 18-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Mill Creek, they moved to 15-4 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Granite and Mill Creek should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings. Granite will take on Chattanooga at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday up 157 places (89 vs. 246). Similarly, Mill Creek (ranked 137th) will meet Milburn (ranked 426th) at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
