Softball Recap: Greenbrier Comes Up Short

If Greenbrier was riding high fresh off their 12-0 takedown of Bartlett last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Greenbrier Bobcats came up short against the Science Hill Hilltoppers on Monday, falling 13-5. The Bobcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hilltoppers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2021.

Greenbrier's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Science Hill, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.

Greenbrier didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 8-0 loss against Silverdale Academy on the 17th. As for Science Hill, they will head out to take on West Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on March 25th.
