Fayetteville took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They blew past the Comer Tigers 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Wolves, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Fayetteville was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-12, 25-5.

Kenleigh McArthur paced Fayetteville's offense, picking up 11 kills. McArthur got some help from Isabella Kelley and her 11 assists. Savannah Thrower controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Fayetteville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Gadsden City on the 23rd. Hopefully Comer paid attention to the Wolves' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Wolves at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
