Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northampton County). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the KIPP P Pride 61-7. With the Jaguars ahead 43-7 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Northampton County's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Toccara Joyner, who went 7 for 15 on her way to 14 points and four steals. That's the most steals Joyner has posted since back in November of 2023. Another player making a difference was Brihana Calix, who went 7 of 12 en route to 16 points.

Northampton County's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for KIPP P, they are on a 28-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northampton County will take on Weldon at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for KIPP P, they will challenge Warren County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
