Basketball Game Preview: George County Rebels vs. Greene County Wildcats

The George County Rebels and the Greene County Wildcats will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in George County's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Greene County has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.

On Friday, George County ended up a good deal behind Jim Hill and lost 59-44.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greene County). They claimed a resounding 76-47 win over Perry Central. With the Wildcats ahead 38-17 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Greene County's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for George County, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4.
