On Tuesday Jaxon Pelham tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. The effort marked the fewest earned runs Pelham has had since back in April of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than two hits. On the season, he has an ERA of 4.67 over 3 innings pitched.

Coming up, Pelham and St. John Paul II will square off against North Florida Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers have some work to do to even out the 1-9 series between these two since April of 2019, but a win here would be a good start.
