Baseball Recap: Bolivar Liberators vs. Warrensburg Tigers
Bolivar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warrensburg Tigers. If the Liberators were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Remington Manes made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Remmer Carr, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
Bolivar's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Warrensburg, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-5.
Coming up, Bolivar will head out on the road to square off against Marshfield at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Warrensburg, they will square off against California at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
