Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Glenbard North). They put the hurt on the Woodstock Blue Streaks with a sharp 6-1 win on Monday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded Glenbard North with their most commanding win of the season.

Their offense was hitting Woodstock from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Andrew Collins led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Glenbard North now has a winning record of 5-4-1. As for Woodstock, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Glenbard North will host St. Charles East at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodstock, they will be playing at home against Sandwich at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Woodstock will be up against Sandwich's rather soft defense (which has allowed 6.67 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
