Recap: Berkmar Patriots vs. Providence Christian Academy Storm
The Berkmar Patriots's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 66-36 loss at the hands of Providence Christian Academy. Berkmar has not had much luck with Providence Christian Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Providence Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Sazy Cantrell out in front who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 10 rebounds. Cantrell is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now stole two or more in the last four games she's played. Clara Allen was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 17 points and 14 rebounds.
Berkmar's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 1-5. As for Providence Christian Academy, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Berkmar will be playing in front of their home fans against Peachtree Ridge at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Providence Christian Academy will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against West Hall at 6:00 p.m. on December 1st.
