Soccer Game Preview: Woodland vs. Central

The Woodland Wildcats will challenge the Central Lions at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Central took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Woodland, who comes in off a win.

Central will be up against a hot Woodland team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. The Wildcats never let Cartersville get on the board and left with a 2-0 win on Friday.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Central took on Douglas County on Tuesday. The Lions took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. Central have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their goal came courtesy of Kyla Rugato, who's now up to two this season.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Woodland, their victory bumped their record up to 6-7.
