They escaped with a win on Tuesday against the Lincoln-King Academy Eagles by the margin of a single free throw, 46-45. The Battling Bathers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mt. Clemens to victory, but perhaps none more so than Leah Williams, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 15 rebounds. Williams is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games she's played. Alyssa Pelione was another key player, putting up 15 points along with six steals and five boards.
