Volleyball Recap: Camarillo Makes It Seven in a Row at Home

Camarillo made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Royal, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Everything went the Camarillo Scorpions' way against the Royal Highlanders on Tuesday as the Camarillo Scorpions made off with a 3-0 victory. For the Scorpions, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Highlanders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Camarillo walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-19, 25-15, 25-19.

Camarillo pushed their record up to 13-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Royal, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-2 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camarillo will face off against Oak Park at 6:00 p.m. on March 27th. As for Royal, they will square off against Moorpark at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
