Basketball Recap: Tri County Northeast Comes Up Short

Tri County Northeast played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Winnebago Indians, falling 68-48. The defeat continues a trend for the Wolfpack in their matchups with the Indians: they've now lost five in a row.

Despite the loss, Tri County Northeast still got an impressive performance from Briley Anderson, who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Anderson a new career-high in assists (three). Another player making a difference was Emily Mitchell, who posted six points.

Tri County Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Winnebago, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-9.
