Caruthers is 9-1 against Fowler since October of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Blue Raiders will be playing at home against the Redcats at 6:00 p.m.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Caruthers and Fresno Christian had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Blue Raiders lost 3-0 to the Eagles on Thursday. The Blue Raiders haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Caruthers took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-18, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Fowler got the win against Parlier on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-12, 25-12.

Fowler's victory bumped their record up to 16-10-1. As for Caruthers, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-11.

Caruthers beat Fowler 2-0 in their previous meeting back in August. Do the Blue Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Redcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
