Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hancock Central). They blew past the Twiggs County Cobras, posting a 56-25 win. The victory was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Hancock Central was led to victory by Ja'Teria Ruff and Kym'Mora Lango. Ruff posted 11 points, while Lango earned 11 points. The dominant performance gave Ruff a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Sonovia Reynolds, who scored seven points.

Twiggs County's loss on Monday came despite strong showings from Adavia Ford and JaMiyah Glover. Ford had seven points in addition to five boards and four steals, while Glover put up 11 points.

Hancock Central pushed their record up to 10-6 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.4 points per game. As for Twiggs County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-15.

Hancock Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 46-43 victory against Glascock County on the 28th. Twiggs County has also already played their next contest (against Wilkinson County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
