Volleyball Game Preview: Lynn Classical Rams vs. Chelsea Red Devils

The Lynn Classical Rams will head out to square off against the Chelsea Red Devils at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Lynn Classical didn't have quite enough to beat Somerville and fell 3-2. While the Rams didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Highlanders 25-19 in the first set.

Lynn Classical wouldn't go down easily and took Somerville into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking six-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-19, 23-25, 25-23, 15-9.

Meanwhile, Chelsea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to Medford. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Red Devils were not able to get on the board.

Lynn Classical has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for Chelsea, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
