Basketball Recap: Northwest Christian Skates Past Odyssey Institute with Ease

Northwest Christian won the last time they faced Odyssey Institute and things went their way on Monday too. The Northwest Christian Crusaders breezed by the Odyssey Institute Minotaur to the tune of 60-26. That 34 point margin sets a new team best for the Crusaders this season.

The win made it two in a row for Northwest Christian and bumps their season record up to 3-3. As for Odyssey Institute, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

After both having extra time off, Northwest Christian and Metro Tech will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 6:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025. As for Odyssey Institute, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Fountain Hills at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
