Basketball Game Preview: Hale Eagles vs. Fairview Eagles

Hale is 9-1 against Fairview since February of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. We've got a battle between Eagles coming up.

Last Friday, Hale came up short against Mio-Au Sable and fell 42-34.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Fairview, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Everything went their way against Atlanta on Friday as Fairview made off with a 64-44 win. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Huskies: they've now won five in a row.

Fairview pushed their record up to 9-11 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.7 points over those games. As for Hale, their loss dropped their record down to 7-12.

Hale didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Fairview in their previous meeting last Tuesday, but they still walked away with a 61-55 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hale since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
