Volleyball Game Preview: Fairview Knights vs. Skyline Falcons + Official Tickets

Fairview is on a six-game streak of home losses, and Skyline a seven-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Wednesday. The Fairview Knights will look to defend their home court against the Skyline Falcons at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Fairview came up short against Silver Creek and fell 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-19, 14-25, 25-13, 25-23.

Peyton Weiss put forth a good effort for the losing side as she had 20 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

Meanwhile, Skyline lost 3-0 to Legacy on Tuesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-13, 25-17.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Fairview, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-17.

Everything went Fairview's way against Skyline in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Fairview made off with a 3-0 win. Do the Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Falcons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
