 On the hitting side, Centennial saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Chris Muscerella, who  went 2-for-3 with one  double.  Yohalberth Romero also deserves some recognition as  he  stolen his first  stolen base of the season.
 Centennial's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Calvary Christian Academy, their  victory (their first of the  season) made their record 1-0-3.
 The batters for both teams will have to hit smart  on Friday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Calvary Christian Academy has been retiring batters left and right this season,  having  averaged 8.5  strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Centennial struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 9.2  strikeouts.
