Anderson County barely beat Prairie View the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Buffalos with a sharp 12-5 victory on Thursday. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Anderson County pushed their record up to 17-5-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games. As for Prairie View, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-15-2.

Anderson County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Prairie View, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 12-0 defeat against Girard on the 9th.
