Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Croswell-Lexington). They put the hurt on the Hemlock Huskies with a sharp 18-2 victory on Saturday. The win was nothing new for the Pioneers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Croswell-Lexington's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-5. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for Hemlock, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 7-1.

Croswell-Lexington has already played their next match, a 15-1 victory against Carrollton on the 26th. As for Hemlock, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-1 win against Michigan Lutheran Seminary on the 28th.
