Recap: Wildwood Wildcats vs. Hope Academy Trojan Tigers
The Wildwood Wildcats's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their sixth straight loss. They lost to Hope Academy at home by a decisive 63-48 margin. If Wildwood hoped to take revenge for the 77-51 loss against they when the teams met, then they were left disappointed.
Despite the defeat, Wildwood saw an underclassman step up: Zayden Garcia scored 20 points. Another player making a difference was Terriyon Bryant, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds.
Wildwood has not been sharp recently, as they've lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season. As for Hope Academy, their win bumped their record up to 17-9.
