Soccer Recap: Jac-Cen-Del Takes a Loss

Jac-Cen-Del lost against Shawe Memorial on September 2nd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eagles lost 11-0 to the Hilltoppers. While losing is never fun, Jac-Cen-Del can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 306th, while Shawe Memorial are ranked 64th).

Jac-Cen-Del's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Shawe Memorial, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Jac-Cen-Del is set to take on their familiar foe Southwestern at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Shawe Memorial will face off against rival Milan at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
