With a playoff win on the line, Garfield-Palouse rose to the challenge on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Wilbur-Creston-Keller Wildcats 71-40. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 19 games by 23 points or more this season.

Garfield-Palouse's win bumped their record up to 21-2. As for Wilbur-Creston-Keller, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-6.

Coming up, Garfield-Palouse will face off against Inchelium at 8:00 p.m. on February 28th. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Garfield-Palouse has won 15 straight at home dating back to last season, while Inchelium won five straight on the road), something that'll have to change. Wilbur-Creston-Keller does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
