Soccer Game Preview: Fox Tech vs. Sam Houston

The Fox Tech Buffaloes will square off against the Sam Houston Hurricanes at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Fox Tech has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since January 8.

On Saturday, Fox Tech came up short against Brackenridge and fell 4-2. That's two games in a row now that Fox Tech have lost by exactly two goals.

Meanwhile, Sam Houston fell victim to Brackenridge and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They lost 10-0 to the Eagles.

Fox Tech's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Sam Houston, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Fox Tech got the 'W' when the teams last played back in March of 2025 against Sam Houston by a conclusive 4-1 score. Will the Buffaloes repeat their success, or do the Hurricanes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
