Burleson kept a clean sheet against North Crowley on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the North Crowley Panthers. Winning may never get old, but the Elks sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Logan Tate was the driving force of Burleson's attack as she scored both of Burleson's goals, bringing her season total up to 12 goals.

Burleson's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for North Crowley, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burleson will take on Everman at 7:00 p.m. on January 24th. Burleson is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.6 goals per game this season. As for North Crowley, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mansfield at 7:00 p.m. on January 31st.
