Basketball Game Preview: Northern Virginia HomeSchool Centurions vs. Westover Christian Academy Bulldogs

The Northern Virginia HomeSchool Centurions will be taking part in a tournament against the Westover Christian Academy Bulldogs at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Northern Virginia HomeSchool will come in still looking for their first win of the season.

Northern Virginia HomeSchool is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Seton on Monday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Northern Virginia HomeSchool was outmatched by Seton and fell 74-37. The Centurions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-15.

Meanwhile, Westover Christian Academy got the win against Faith Christian on Friday by a conclusive 53-33. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 20 points or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Westover Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 5-2. As for Northern Virginia HomeSchool, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
