Football Recap: Prairie Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Washougal last Friday, Prairie came back down to earth. The Falcons were dealt a 41-6 loss at the hands of the Battle Ground Tigers on Friday. The Falcons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 31-0.

When it comes to explaining why Prairie lost, don't look at Deven Vigue. Despite the final result, he rushed for 61 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 129 yards on 15 of 28 attempts.

Ethan Adams had an outrageously good game for Battle Ground as he threw for 117 yards and three TDs, and also rushed for 95 yards on only 12 carries. Another player making a difference was Miles Skov, who rushed for 71 yards and one score on only six carries.

Having lost for the first time this season, Prairie fell to 2-1. As for Battle Ground, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.
