Soccer Game Preview: Pateros vs. Cascade

The Pateros Billygoats/Nannies will head out to take on the Cascade Kodiaks at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Pateros barely beat Bridgeport the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Billygoats/Nannies never let the Mustangs get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory on Saturday. The win was familiar territory for Pateros, who have now won three matchups in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cascade). Everything went their way against Tonasket on Saturday as they made off with a 9-0 victory. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded Cascade with their most commanding win of the season.

Pateros' win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Cascade, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Pateros suffered a grim 4-1 defeat to Cascade in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Billygoats/Nannies avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
