Last Wednesday, everything came up roses for Anna-Jonesboro at home against Elverado/Zeigler-Royalton as the team secured a 63-21 victory.
Meanwhile, Chester came into Thursday's game having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 45-35 win over Sparta on Thursday.
Chester found their leader in underclassman Lexie Mott, who scored 23 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
