Basketball Recap: Loving's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak at Home

There's no place like home for Loving, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They snuck past the Tatum Coyotes with a 62-56 victory on Tuesday. The Falcons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Coyotes, too.

Loving's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jose Olivas, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Olivas is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Cameron Allen, who posted eight points and 12 boards.

Loving's win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-11. As for Tatum, their defeat was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-14.

Loving didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 59-48 loss against Jal on the 30th. Tatum has also already played their next contest, a 67-52 defeat against Eunice on the 30th.
