Baseball Recap: University Prep Panthers vs. Yreka Miners
University Prep waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Yreka Miners by a score of 8-5. That's two games straight that the Panthers have won by exactly three runs.
Waylon Stripling was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-2. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler White, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-4.
