Soccer Game Preview: Cascade vs. Kamiak

Cascade is 1-8-1 against Kamiak since March of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Bruins will be playing at home against the Knights at 1:00 p.m. Cascade's last four matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Monday, Cascade needed a bit of extra time to put away Glacier Peak. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Grizzlies 2-1. That's two games straight that Cascade have won by just one goal.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Kamiak was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They fell just short of Jackson by a score of 2-1. Kamiak fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against Jackson since Tuesday.

Cascade is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3-2 record this season. As for Kamiak, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3-3.
