Football Recap: Lincoln Starts Season with Defeat on the Road + How To Watch

Lincoln had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Mercer Island Islanders on Friday, falling 30-6. If the Lynx were looking for revenge after losing 47-7 to the Islanders when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Looking ahead, Lincoln will take on Lakeside at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. This will be the Lynx's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Mercer Island, they will square off against Stadium at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
