Baseball Game Preview: Riverside Warriors vs. Wade Hampton Generals

For the second straight game, Riverside will face off against Wade Hampton. The Warriors will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Generals at 6:30 p.m.

Riverside is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Wade Hampton a 16-0 shutout on Wednesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

For Wade Hampton's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Peyton Stokes, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double.

Riverside now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Wade Hampton, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
