Volleyball Recap: Orono Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Orono was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the DeLaSalle Islanders. The Spartans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Islanders apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Orono's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for DeLaSalle, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.

Looking ahead, Orono will challenge St. Anthony Village at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. DeLaSalle has already played their next contest (against Forest Lake), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
