Baseball Recap: Eufaula Comes Up Short

Eufaula fell victim to Headland and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Rams, falling 13-0. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Tigers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Eufaula's defeat dropped their record down to 8-18. As for Headland, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season.

Eufaula does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Headland, they will head out to challenge Providence Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
