Revere has gone 6-1 against Medford recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Patriots will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Monday.

On Friday, Revere got the win against Excel Academy Charter by a conclusive 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Patriots.

Revere not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Excel Academy Charter between 14 and 17 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-17, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Medford had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Pirates as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Medford took every set by at least 25 points. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Revere's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4. As for Medford, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Revere was able to grind out a solid victory over Medford when the teams last played back in April, winning 3-1. Will the Patriots repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
