Volleyball Recap: Bloomfield Takes a Loss

Bloomfield lost against Malden back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Green Wave by a score of 2-1. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Bloomfield sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 17-25, 25-18.

Bloomfield now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Malden, they pushed their record up to 9-1-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Bloomfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Bell City on the 17th. As for Malden, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Owensville on the 13th.
