Osceola gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lake Nona Lions. The Kowboys haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

While Osceola might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Lake Nona scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 26-24, 25-22.

When it comes to explaining why Lake Nona lost, don't look at Aleign Baguy. Despite the final result, she had three digs and three aces.

Looking ahead, Osceola is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Innovation at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lake Nona, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Timber Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
