Soccer Game Preview: Dinwiddie vs. Mecklenburg County

The Dinwiddie Generals will venture away from home to square off against the Mecklenburg County Phoenix at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Dinwiddie fell victim to Prince George and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Royals. Dinwiddie have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Mecklenburg County also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Chatham last Thursday, falling 5-0.

Dinwiddie's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Mecklenburg County, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
