The Mattanawcook Lynx will head out on the road to face off against the Foxcroft Academy Ponies at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Mattanawcook is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

On Friday, Mattanawcook made easy work of George Stevens Academy and carried off a 13-1 win. The Lynx might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by six runs or more this season.

Isaac Ritchie made a big impact no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

In other batting news, Dylan Landry was excellent, getting on base in both of his plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. Chase Stevens also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

At the plate, Strout went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI, while Sands went 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
