The High Point Baptist Academy Eagles took a 64-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ephrata Mennonite Legends on Tuesday. The game was a 26-26 toss-up at halftime, but the Eagles couldn't quite close it out.

When it comes to explaining why High Point Baptist Academy lost, don't look at Austin May. Despite the final result, he went 6 for 12 en route to 16 points and four steals. What's more, May also racked up two blocks, the most he's had since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Mason Rogers, who posted nine points in addition to six assists and five rebounds.

High Point Baptist Academy's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-2. As for Ephrata Mennonite, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
