Football Recap: Conneaut Area Victorious

Conneaut Area won the last time they faced Iroquois and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eagles came out on top against the Braves by a score of 23-13. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Conneaut Area's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Iroquois, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Conneaut Area and Iroquois will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Eagles are set to challenge their familiar foe Hickory at 7:00 p.m. on September 5. Meanwhile, Iroquois will face off against rival Eisenhower at 7:00 p.m. on September 5.
