Basketball Recap: Glenbrook South Comes Up Short

Glenbrook South suffered their biggest loss since December 27, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Glenbard West Hilltoppers, falling 62-36. The Titans just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Glenbrook South's loss dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Glenbard West, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season.

Glenbrook South will face off against Evanston at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Evanston knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Glenbrook South likes a good challenge. Glenbard West has already played their next game (against Lyons), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
