North Miami is a perfect 5-0 against West Central since May of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Warriors will venture away from home to challenge the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. North Miami is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

North Miami barely beat Triton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 9-2 margin over the Trojans on Tuesday.

Braylon McIntire spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on nine hits and racked up eight Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Ryan Meredith, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Quinn Hostetler, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

Meanwhile, West Central didn't have quite enough to beat North Newton on Thursday and fell 17-16. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (14), the Trojans still had to take the loss.

West Central's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-8. As for North Miami, their victory bumped their record up to 10-2.

North Miami was able to grind out a solid win over West Central when the teams last played back in May of 2024, winning 7-2. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
