Bishop Miege won the last time they faced Lee's Summit and things went their way on Saturday too. The Stags narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Tigers 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Stags.

Bishop Miege found their leader in sophomore Kelly Neenan, who had ten digs and one assist. Kelly Brown also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Despite the loss, Lee's Summit still got an impressive performance from Maren Moss, who had eight digs and two assists.

Bishop Miege's victory bumped their record up to 3-14. As for Lee's Summit, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-18.

Bishop Miege has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Lansing on the 27th. As for Lee's Summit, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Staley at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
