Soccer Recap: Santiago Comes Up Short

Santiago lost against Los Amigos on January 10th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Santiago Cavaliers fell just short of the Los Amigos Lobos by a score of 4-3. While losing is never fun, the Cavaliers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 831st, while the Lobos are ranked 365th).

Santiago has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13-2 record this season. As for Los Amigos, their win bumped their record up to 8-5-1.
