Lake Oconee Academy entered their tilt with Greene County on Thursday with nine consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with ten. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Thursday.

Ana Martinez-Medrano paced Lake Oconee Academy's offense, picking up eight kills. Martinez-Medrano got some help from Emma Dimascio and her 18 assists. Mackenzie King controlled things from the service line, finishing with ten aces.

Lake Oconee Academy's win bumped their record up to 15-1. As for Greene County, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
